Indoor air quality (IAQ) is a term which refers to the air quality within and around buildings and structures, especially as it relates to the health and comfort of building occupants. Microbial sampling bacteria and fungi. Regular monitoring is key to a healthy working environment which can be achieved by regular Indoor Air Quality testing & inspections.

Ventilation Hygiene Assessment

A ventilation hygiene assessment is carried out to ascertain the internal cleanliness of the ventilation system(s), to meet the employer’s statutory duty to properly maintain them. This is carried out by means of internal visual inspection, supported by a variety of surface deposit measurements. In essence: the purpose is to find out whether the systems are being sufficiently cleaned or required internal ductwork cleaning.
